**All brands strategy, product development and innovation are led and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the US for products under the Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger sold in NA, Asia and SA; and in the Netherlands concerning products bearing the Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Calvin Klein Europe with respect and sold in the Asia region. The position in this job description helps the above-mentioned PVH-related parties meet their operating and strategic needs.**
+ Responsible for sample and order execution for the brand and collaborating with different teams. Assist the supervisor with the day-to-day execution and operations in line with the brand to achieve KPIs
+ Provide training to the junior team members
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES**
Communication with vendors and business counterparts for order execution. Execute based on agreed product and service standards as well as cost objectives from the brand. Price negotiation and cost expectation management analysis, management, and problem shooting. Manage production delivery against the plan. WIP management. Manage the timeline from development to bulk shipment. Ensure garment/product integrity, style, and product execution. Compile various reports and assist the supervisor in delivering on KPIs

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
**Education & Experience:**
University/Engineering degree with 2-4 years of related work experience; or post-secondary degree with a minimum of 5-8 years of related work experience in apparel, material, or technical backgroundShould have experience in a buying/trading office or a manufacturing environment
**Skils** :
Apparel, material, or technical background preferredShould have experience ina manufacturing environment or similar previous working experience preferredBuilds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables to communicate effectively across the team and organization; effectively works at long distances
