**Responsibilities:**
+ Processes client's requests related to system set up including signatories' updates and documentation lodgment.
+ Co-operates with internal partners to perform systems maintenance based on documentation related to account opening and maintenance processes.
+ Provides response to client and internal inquiries.
+ Prepares documentation for archiving .
+ Applies appropriate bank's regulations while processing the requests.
+ Remains up to date with the current procedures, internal rules, external regulations, and follows the changes in the aforementioned documents.
+ Documents operation procedure updates.
+ Processes clients' instructions ensuring the highest accuracy and effectiveness (ensuring deadlines are adhered to).
+ Verification and authorization of data entered in the systems.
+ Ensures all queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
+ Escalates urgent / risk issues through the appropriate escalation channels.
+ Co-operates with and supports other teams/employees upon supervisor's instruction, including possibility of movement to another team and/or process.
+ Performs other crucial tasks instructed by supervisors, e.g. participation in trainings, projects, conference calls, systems' testing.
+ Ensures high levels of client satisfaction through strong product, process and client knowledge. Identifies and suggests process improvements.
+ Assists in the implementation of validated process improvements.
+ Understands procedures and controls for operational processes. Supports Manager with quality assurance process. Understands procedures and controls for operational processes. Performs within departmental procedures and compliance standards in order to minimize losses.
+ Responsible for coordination of projects around internal processes. Participates in user acceptance test of new systems.
+ Effective execution of day-to-day responsibilities, as well as execution of any other work instructed by supervisor related to this function.
+ Daily deliverable of routine and defined tasks, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which work is being performed.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 2-4 years experience in financial services preferred.
+ Knowledge of bank products in the scope of opening and maintaining of bank accounts Customer communication experience (internal/external).
+ Knowledge on the field of finances and banking.
+ Be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
+ Flexibility, team spirit, loyalty. High attention to detail. Good PC skills (Excel, Word).
+ Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support the production, review and timely submission of regulatory filings and reports to U.S. regulators including reports such as FR Y-9C, FR Y-14, Call Report, FFIEC 009, FR Y-15 and others.
+ Assist in monitoring and managing key metrics associated with reports to identify challenges and issues. Support the execution of controls processes to ensure data accuracy.
+ Assist the team to drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of the regulatory reporting process.
+ Work with peers and program leaders on the implementation of U.S. regulatory changes within the reporting framework.
+ Partner with Risk & Controls team to maintain and enhance an effective internal control's structure.
+ Escalate problems or issues related to processes, reports, or procedures.
+ Integrate established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices.
**Qualifications:**
+ 2-5 years of experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting.
+ Basic knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports such as those mentioned above.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts.
+ Strong technical problem-solving skills and an ability to identify conflicts, discrepancies and other issues and escalate to seniors.
+ Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic and work well as part of a team.

+ Bachelor's/University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Job Description
The Footwear commercialization Engineer is responsible for bringing VF owned brand footwear designs to life by engineering products for efficient manufacturability, lowest cost and highest quality and performance. Based on one of VF key manufacturing regions, within one or more of VF's strategic vendors, this role serves as a critical liaison between the VF development and production teams, ensuring that product intent is maintained while meeting commercial and operational requirements.
You will work hands-on with factory and brand development teams, ensuring commercialization best practice feedback is captured early within the Product development cycle. As VF's commercialization engineer, you will create in partnership with the vendor the extreme fit and wear test samples, conduct tooling reviews, and conduct pre-production trials (T4) to ensure product readiness to hand-off to VF production teams - ensuring VF's high standards of quality, comfort and durability are maintained.

**How You Will Make a Difference**
**What you will do:**
+ Execute the commercialization process, use your SME production knowledge to ensure viability of development samples to commercialization requirements.
+ Partner with brand and vendor development, engineering, and production teams to ensure accuracy in pattern, fit, materialsand assembly technics and ensure PD and vendor teams have conducted correct laboratory testing to ensure product performance.
+ Lead / track extreme fit trial schedules are conducted by brand approved fit and wear test teams and remain on track to product BR time-line - reporting each stage to the cross functional stakeholders.
+ Track and hold accountable downstream and update stream teams against timelines to ensure BR and T4 readiness.
+ You will partner with VF's nominated GMS mold tooling team to ensure timelines for extreme and full-size tooling align with planning guidance for BR and production timeframes.
+ You will partner with VF's costing team to validate sample and production patterns against yield utilization.
**Skills for Success**
+ Years of related professional experience: 3 years relevant experience in footwear commercialization or production environmentsworking for reputable, fashion, retail or consumer-facing multinational organizations.
+ Educational position requirements: Degree holder in Textiles, Eq./Apparel/ Footwear related fields.
+ Subject Expert In: Footwear engineer, LEAN manufacturing, Automation, patterns, laboratory standards and testing / materials.
+ Able to breakdown complex engineering situations and information into easily communicable mails in a verbal or written format.

+ Knowledge of Footwear with a key focus on alltechnical constructions, laboratory testing, material performance, fit and wear, LEAN production, automation and speed development.

+ Maintaining all models specific to Multi-Modality Imaging Equipment in the assigned area. Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
+ Completing all administration tasks on time.
+ Ensures timely completion of FMIs (Field Modification Instructions) and PMS (Prevent to Maintains Service) inspections documentation for assigned accounts.
