**Managing Work, Projects, Policies, and Standards for Purchasing Across Departments**
- Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
- Compiles, codes, categorizes, calculates, tabulates, audits, or verifies information or data.
- Assures sanitation compliance.
- Assists Executive Chef in all aspects of purchasing (e.g., Food, Beverage and Controllable) to ensure quality and profitability.
- Orders all food and beverage based on business needs.
- Assists Executive Chef in maintaining/lower budgeted food/controllable costs.
- Delegates and enforces first in/first out inventory rotation for all storeroom products.
- Maintains sanitation and safety standards as specified in the brand guidelines.
- Ensures that proper safeguards are in effect for the security of the food and beverage storeroom assets.
- Enforces item use-up with storeroom personnel and kitchen management to keep inventory at lowest level possible levels.
- Communicates with kitchen, restaurant management and vendors to ensure timing of deliveries satisfies advanced food production needs.
- Checks invoice on goods received against shipment to ensure quantity, quality, weights and purchase specifications are as ordered.

The Senior Global Supply Planner is responsible for managing, analyzing and executing longer-term, strategic planning tasks related to long-range supply and capacity planning, as well as pre-season and in-season supply planning processes to optimize supply availability to global markets. **Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide initial allocation guidance for the vendor allocation team and validate through critical GTM milestones.

**Desirable Qualifications & Competencies:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus;
+ Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the field of production operations, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role;
+ Experience working with overseas factories, and a multi-cultural factorymanagement team;
+ Proven experience in leading & developing team.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools.
+ Fluent in English (written and Verbal) additional languages (Vietnamese, Khmer, Mandarin) are a plus.

Job Description
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Materials is responsible to assist the Materials Manager in the planning and procurement of material, including vendor development and administration of contracted services in accordance with the hotel policy and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Asst. Manager in Materials or Purchasing, or as Team Leader. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
