Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in handling SAP and Order Entry Process.

Proficiency in MS Excel is required; SAP knowledge in order entry is an advantage.

Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented; continuous improvement mindset preferred.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing data entry tasks.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Process orders in SAP for accuracy and timely fulfilment.

Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate issues as needed.

Execute daily operations, support business and functions with relevant process

Assist in creating and maintaining customer accounts and profiles in our database.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to facilitate follow-up and reporting.

Provide comprehensive support to Customers and Sales, Commercial, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams

Support various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the team
