Job Description

Quantanite is looking for a Team Leader/ Assistant Manager in People Operations (HR)

to join their team.

About the role

The incumbent has 2-4 years of experience in core HR functions, and has working knowledge in the areas of managing performances at work, managing employee engagement activities, ability to build good relationships with all internal stakeholders, and implement company wide HR initiatives that improves overall employee experiences.

Job Responsibilities

Performance Management - 

  1. Partner with the core HR team to monitor and evaluate the existing performance management system for all employees.
  2. Assist the senior team in process development of the PMS that helps in monitoring and tracking performances of each individual. For instance, tracking KPIs, Balanced Scorecards.
  3. Assist during any salary review/raise process and the yearly appraisal process by collecting and validating relevant data. 

Employee Engagement - 

  1. Assist the core HR team in developing strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
  2. Review present programs, and develop/propose new initiatives that enable better bonding with employees.
  3. Enable platforms that encourage regular and deeper interaction with employees, with the aim of delivering a better workplace and job satisfaction for all.
  4. Monitor employee experience trends at every stage of the employee lifecycle, beginning with hiring and onboarding, and ending with employee exit interviews and offboarding, and devise strategies that help in improving experiences.

Other duties:

  1. Assist core team in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations if required.
  2. Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  3. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  4. Maintain strong liaison and collaboration with Operations and Support departments
  5. Manage performances of subordinates and ensure regular reporting.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in core HR functions, ideally with any Group of Companies
  2. Minimum BBA/Bachelor's degree (Business background) from a recognised University. Candidates having a major in HRM will be given preference.
  3. Good English Language Proficiency Levels (Listening, Reading, Speaking & Writing).
  4. Ability to set goals and give timely feedback
  5. Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to think creatively and propose unique solutions.
  7. Good influencing skills.
  8. Working knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  9. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
