Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineers

InfoDigita Technologies is working with offshore projects only and aims to be one of the top IT companies in Bangladesh.

We are looking for an experienced Software Tester who is responsible for designing and running tests on software usability and also has senior-level skills. The Software Tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design and the development team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.

• Executing tests on software usability.

• Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.

• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

• Tests new product features in addition to executing regression of existing features

• Perform Sanity Testing, Acceptance Testing, Black Box Testing, Compatibility Testing, Functional Testing, Load Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing.

• Record test progress and results

• Discover bugs within software

• Closely work with the PM, Developer and report to CEO when necessary

• Participate regularly in scrum calls

Some of the technical skills required for the jobs are listed below.

Technical requirements: 

• Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.

• Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.

• Working knowledge of basic programming.

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

• Experience in using Selenium will be highly preferred.
