We are looking for an exceptional Software Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of software projects. Responsibilities:

•  Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
•  Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
•  Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
•  Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track project progress, provide regular status updates, and address deviations from the plan.
•  Conduct project retrospectives to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
•  Foster a positive team culture and promote collaboration and innovation.

•  Proven experience as a Software Project Manager or similar role.
•  Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•  Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•  Experience with project management tools and software.
•  Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•  Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
•  Experience with JIRA or other project management tools.
•  Knowledge of software development technologies and processes.
