Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise functional requirements and user stories.
•  Work closely with development teams to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and provide ongoing clarification.
•  Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where current systems or processes do not meet business needs.
•  Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure the delivered solution meets business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Software Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other project management and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of software development technologies and processes.
