Over the on the job training, you are expected to have a willingness to learn the various skill sets, as well as have a strong desire to be part of the ESG space as we train you to become a professional independent social compliance auditor for ELEVATE, the industry leader in social compliance and supply chain services.  You will have a chance to rotate jobs within the Assessment/Quality Assurance Teams and meet with our management team on a regular basis to understand the full picture on the whole process within the business.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake general and basic social compliance assessments based on ELEVATE social compliance assessment procedures and specific client expectations outlined in Field Instruction (FI).
  • Deliver quality report according to ELEVATE and client protocols and timelines;
  • Maintain knowledge of ELEVATE social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws;
  • Interactions primarily with internal team members, such as training, coordinator and administrative. Maintain knowledge of ELEVATE social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws.
  • Work with team members(co-assessors) to accomplish tasks during on site assessment and reporting process.
  • Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
  • Stay high integrity for schedule leakage, unhealthy consultant on site and bribery attempts. Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
  • Other assignments as needed.


Basic Qualification:

We welcome all individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Fresh Graduates / Bachelor degree holder from a recognized university (or its equivalent) - Human Resources, Social, Environmental, Health & Safety, is preferred 
  • Passionate in supply chain industry & social compliance regime
  • Enjoy and happy to take new challenges, proactively make changes at the identified areas for improvements
  • Eager to & comfortable in gaining new knowledge and turn into actual practice
  • Excellent comprehensive skill in reading & understanding guiding instructions
  • Excellent spoken & writing skills (primarily in English & Bengali language)
  • Interpersonal communication and team players are key
  • High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
