Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and file all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation.
  • Prepare and submit document for annual accounts of AMC & Mutual Fund.
  • Ensure that all applicable Tax and VAT are deducted from the invoices.
  • Prepare VAT and TDS reports, and submit report to NBR on time.
  • Monitoring daily fund deposited against unit sale and payments against unit surrender.
  • Prepare all necessary periodic and year-end reports.
  • Calculate weekly NAV of Mutual Funds every week.
  • Keep up to date all accounting entry in software.

Qualifications

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor or Masters in Business Administration
  • Preferred CA (Certificate Level) /CMA (Business Level) /ACCA (Skill Level).

Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Chartered Accountant firm will be given preference.
