Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized
and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our &
customer's e-commerce and ERP operations. As a Virtual Assistant, you
will play a crucial role in maintaining our online shop, maintaining
customer ERP, managing customer communication, and implementing SEO
strategies to optimize our website's visibility and drive organic
traffic. If you have a passion for e-commerce, exceptional

As a Virtual Assistant for our/customer's e-commerce
shop, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations,
ensuring excellent customer service, and optimizing our website for
search engines. Your primary responsibilities will include managing
customer communication, handling inquiries and concerns, and
implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our online
visibility. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the
opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communication channels (emails, live chat, social media) promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and friendly manner, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Handle order processing, tracking, and fulfillment, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement SEO strategies to optimize website content, increase organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Optimize product listings, metadata, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility.
- Monitor website performance using analytical tools and provide recommendations for SEO enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in
customer communication, e-commerce, and SEO.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on website performance.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection
and a dedicated workspace to ensure uninterrupted remote work.
Other Information
- Your work hours have some overlap with EU business hours (we require your local timezone to be within CET +/- 2h).
- Salary Range 20,000 to 40,000 BDT (Depending on your skills)
