Full Job Description

Jo b Description 

  • Ensure evidence based planning and forecasting to meet demand for services.
  • Trend analysis and coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare forecast.
  • Develop, implement and fully embed comprehensive and consistent tools/ processes to efficiently execute demand through all phases of outsourcing relationship 
  • Coordinate all related KPI’s to be performed by Business Partner as per contractual obligations and governance established. 
  • Participate in weekly operational review sessions with Business Partner to align on rolling forecasted activities and actuals from previous period.
  • Financial planning and budget preparation for Customer Experience and Service department collaborating with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze budget vs. actual costings to define possible issues and improvement opportunities, reviewing on timely basis. 
  • Document and track agreed targets and resulting incentives for which partner is to be remunerated.
  • Facilitate validation of Business Partner invoices, comparing to original forecasts and reconciling differences.
  • Effective souring of data for better and quick reporting
  • Develop analytics for regular insight to management
  • Identify and develop queries and automation (tools) to support analysis of business performance and reengineering operational processes for Customer Service.
  • Provide solutions by identifying alternatives and application of analytics to improve productivity rates or cost of delivery through better utilization of resources.
  • Actively participate in major improvement projects and add value within the scope of company strategic objectives.
Academic Qualification
  • Bachelor/University degree in Business Administration or MIS or Finance or any other relevant discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in similar position

Minimum 3 years’ experience of working with BI Tool(s), MySQL and programming languages.

  • Proven  analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated unquestionable integrity and truthfulness
  • Ability to address/escalate issues in a constructive manner
  • Sound financial knowledge, with excellent financial modeling, planning & analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Works well with a diversity of people and demonstrated collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to perform well under pressure and highly self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Certified programming and developing knowledge
  • Proven expertise of SQL based reporting
  • Good understanding of modern technologies and digital transformations
