The Opportunity 
This role primarily involves managing medical stocks at the Cox's Bazar medical warehouse, which includes maintaining and cleaning the store, conducting product quality checks, handling medical orders, performing TIM Entry, and fulfilling orders for various healthcare facilities and partner organizations. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing a pharmaceutical logistics management information system across project areas, ensuring quality assurance in medicine and supply management, maintaining proper storage conditions for pharmaceuticals and cold chain items, and ensuring compliance with Save the Children and donor regulations. Additionally, they will be tasked with periodically inspecting medical equipment and air conditioners, conducting checks and reporting on pharmaceutical products and supplies, and coordinating with stakeholders in Cox's Bazar and Dhaka.

Qualifications and Experience
•   At least 3 years’ experience, preferably in medical warehousing.
•   Robust experience of iNGO emergency programme, and with experience of working within a complex and matrix organisation structure.
•   Medical supply chain management expertise, including transportation and warehouse stock management.
•   Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, committed to Save the Children's principles.
•   Proficient in MS Office, with a desire for IT/WMS certification; values teamwork and prioritizes child protection and non-discriminatory practices.
•  Experience in health logistics, specifically pharmaceutical logistics, including procurement.
•   Bachelor’s in pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Supply Chain or relevant discipline. Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage.
