Job Description
  • Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments.
  • Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring a healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
  • Planning, control and maintenance of office equipment, property, assets and other movable and immovable properties.
  • Ensuring regular supply of all utilities services.
  • Ensuring the sCatering food operation in timely manner.

Qualifications
  • Must have a bachelor degree.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant position.
