Position: National Sales & Expert Marketing Lead

Role & responsibilities:

· Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets

· Managing and overseeing a team of divisional/regional sales managers and sales representatives along with a dedicated team of expert marketing.

· Setting sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitoring performance against these targets

· Identifying and exploring new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase sales

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with HCPs, key clients, distributors, and retailers

· Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities

· GTM planning and implementation

· Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management

· Developing and implementing sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team

· Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and promotional activities

· Proactively work to implement SFE and automation

· Frequent travel across the country to meet the sales colleagues as well as customers, distributors, stakeholders & others

· Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements

Qualification & experience:

· Educational: Minimum Bachelor degree in any subject from a reputed university; having a Masters degree in business administration will be an added qualification, but not mandatory

· Minimum 15 years working experience in FMCG/FMCH industry in a MNC or Renowned company. Out of which minimum 3 years as the National Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader
