Your mission
The Internal Audit
Assistant/Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting our
finance and accounting team. This position is ideal for a motivated
individual with a strong background in internal auditing and financial
analysis. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of
financial statements and advanced Excel capabilities.
Key
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the internal audit team in planning
and executing financial and operational audits.
2. Conduct
detailed financial analyses to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies,
and areas for improvement.
3. Use advanced Excel skills to develop
complex financial models, forecasts, and reports.
4. Analyze
financial data and prepare clear and concise audit findings.
5.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with
internal controls and policies.
6. Participate in special projects
and investigations as directed by the Internal Audit Manager/Lead
Accountant.
7. Review financial statements and other documentation
for accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
8. Provide
recommendations for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and
accuracy of financial operations.
9. Stay updated with industry
best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
Your profile
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
1. Advanced Excel skills, including advanced
proficiency in PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros, and complex
formulas.
2. Minimum of 2 years of professional work
experience.
3. Proven experience as an Internal Auditor or Audit
Assistant.
4. Previous experience as a Financial Analyst.
5.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
8.
Strong attention to detail and high level of
accuracy.

Additional
Qualification Desirable
(but not essential):
1. Professional certification such as CIA
(Certified Internal Auditor) or CFA (Chartered Financial

verbal, in other languages. (Bangla, Japanese)
