iHR bridges the job recruitment and placement gaps where employers looking for people with specific skills are matched up with skilled job seekers. For placement services, iHR provides training as per the needs of individual job seekers. As a value-add to the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service, iHR provides training to all candidates prior to the first interview with the potential employer.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage entire Finance & Accounts functions; statutory and regulatory secretarial compliance. The position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans;

• completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change

• Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an quarter/ annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

• Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports

• Avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.

• In charge of strategic financial planning (e.g. taxation, financing) and internal control

 Optimize financial resources and see to the control of risk

• Prepare variance analysis to budget and forecast.

• Effectively communicating with internal and external individuals including government agencies

 Compiling, validating and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements;

• Analyzing accounts and business plans; Monitor, review and report on financial activities

Escalating the banking related issues faced by the team to the bankers of the company and getting them resolved

• Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified and provide recommendations for improving the organization’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.



Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ ACCA)

• Masters in Accounting/ Finance/ MBA preferred


Additional Information
• To manage, control and look after secretarial functions of the companies
• Ensuring Board procedures are both followed and regularly reviewed and provides guidance to the management/ Directors on their responsibilities under various laws.
• Manage the Secretarial compliances including Board / Shareholder Meetings, maintaining statutory records and filings under the Companies Act.
Liaising with Statutory Authorities.
• Keeping abreast of changes in relevant laws, rules, regulations, and advising on implications for the company
• Managing legal risks associated with various commercial matters / documents
drafting/ vetting agreements, including various corporate legal documents, power of attorney, affidavits, letters of indemnity, guarantees, etc.
• Schedule Board meetings in a periodic manner, adhering to corporate governance stipulations and draft minutes of the meeting
• Ensure maintenance of all Board meetings related documentation, such as minutes of the meeting, as per statutory requirements.

• Ability to work under pressure and cope with changing environment & multitasking 

• Strong knowledge & exposure on Microsoft office word, excel, power point, access and process flow etc.
