Full Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving growth for our company by developing and executing effective marketing strategies. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns, research target audiences, and develop sales collateral. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, conducting market research, and planning events.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns (EDM’s) including writing copy, reviewing and testing content, and determining the target audience.

  • Design, write copy, and review advertisements, ensuring they are engaging and meet company standards.

  • Write and review ebooks, collaborating on design and copy to produce high-quality content.

  • Review and test landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.

  • Liaise with external clients to understand their marketing needs and develop effective solutions.

  • Manage the company’s social media presence, including posting regular updates and responding to customer inquiries.

  • Develop branding and research projects to improve the company's reputation and visibility.

  • Onboard new projects, ensuring all marketing materials and strategies are in place.

  • Create sales collateral, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.

  • Conduct market research in the real estate, finance, and trend industries to inform marketing strategies.

  • Develop buyer personas and attributes, conducting research and development to understand target audiences better.

  • Plan and approve event calendars, ensuring all events are aligned with company branding and marketing objectives.

  • Manage marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Develop and maintain a social media calendar, scheduling regular posts and updates to keep followers engaged.



Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate marketing, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy and present ideas effectively

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to use data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness.

  • Knowledge of graphic design, web development, and digital marketing tools and technologies.
