Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and ensuring that our customers are successful in using our EMR software. You will work closely with our sales and development teams to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and provide training on our EMR software
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and provide ongoing support
  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
  • Build a "how-to" video library for customers to help themselves
  • Provide feedback to the development team on customer needs and software improvements
  • Work with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and promote customer retention
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and success with our software

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success role preferred
