Job Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing software applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems
• Contributing to the development of software architecture and design patterns
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code to implement new features and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified through testing and monitoring.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, implementing caching mechanisms, and improving database queries.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of backend systems by designing and implementing appropriate architecture and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement APIs and web services for seamless integration with external systems.
• Implement and maintain database schemas, tables, and queries to support application functionality and data storage requirements.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and techniques.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document technical specifications, system architecture, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure maintainability of applications.
• Work closely with the QA team to identify and resolve bugs, perform testing, and ensure the overall quality of the backend codebase.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy applications, monitor system performance, and ensure high availability and scalability of backend infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and assistance to resolve production issues and maintain service level agreements.

Requirements

• Freshers will not be selected.
• You must have more than 2/3+ years of development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (TypeScript) is crucial as it serves as the core technology of AR experience.
• AR Frameworks and Libraries: Familiarity with AR frameworks and libraries is crucial to simplify the development process. Some popular options for JavaScriptbased AR include:
  • AR.js: JavaScript library for building AR experiences on the web
  • A-Frame: An open-source web framework built on top of Three.js
  • Three.js: A powerful JavaScript library for 3D rendering, which can be utilized for creating AR effects and interactions.
• APIs and SDKs: Familiarity with AR-specific APIs and SDKs can enhance your development capabilities. For example:
  • WebXR API: An API that provides access to AR and VR devices through web browsers.
  • ARCore (Android) and ARKit (iOS): Basic idea of native development kits for creating AR applications on Android and iOS platforms, respectively.
• Computer Vision: Understanding computer vision concepts is valuable for AR development. (It involves working with image recognition, object tracking, and pose estimation algorithms .)
• Web Development: Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and DOM manipulation is necessary for building AR experiences within web browsers.
• Basic knowledge of Python language to cover backend dependencies. 
• Testing and Debugging: Setting up a testing environment to check how the AR experience behaves across different devices and browsers.
• Version Control: Proficiency in version control systems like Git or Gitlab.
• Manage and configure CI/CD pipeline for deployment and code test.

Other Information

• Your work hours have some overlap with EU business hours (we require your local timezone to be within CET +/- 2h). 
• Salary Range 40,000 to 80,000 BDT (Mid Level, Depending on your skill)
• Salary Range 80,000 to 150,000 BDT (Senior, Depending on your skill)
